to us that the percentage of voting rights of Allianz SE in Commerzbank AG,
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ISIN: DE0008032004, WKN: 803200 fell below the
threshold of 3% on March 7, 2012 and amounted to 2.84% (158,754,249 voting
rights) as per this date. Of them 0.32% (17,864,094 voting rights) were to
be assigned Allianz SE pursuant to Article 22 (1) 1 No. 1 WpHG and 0.0002%
(12,447 voting rights) were to be assigned to Allianz SE pursuant to
Article 22 (1) 1 No. 6 WpHG.
