informed us according to § 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold
of the voting rights on 14.8.2014 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this
corresponds to 34265870 voting rights). Of these voting rights, 3.01%
(34265870 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Advisors
Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6
WpHG in connection with § 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG.
On 18.8.2014, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, NY,
U.S.A., informed us according to § 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the voting rights on 14.8.2014 and on that day amounted to
3.003% (this corresponds to 34189256 voting rights). Of these voting
rights, 3.003% (34189256 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock
International Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., pursuant to § 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with § 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG.
On 18.8.2014, BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., St. Helier, Jersey,
Channel Islands, informed us according to § 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the voting rights on 14.8.2014 and on that day
amounted to 3.003% (this corresponds to 34189256 voting rights). Of these
voting rights, 3.003% (34189256 voting rights) are to be attributed to BR
Jersey International Holdings L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands,
pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with § 22 (1)
sentence 2 WpHG.
