On 27.11.2014, The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los Angeles, USA ,
informed us according to § 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have fallen below the 5%
threshold of the voting rights on 25.11.2014 and on that day amounted to
4.99% (this corresponds to 56,835,299 voting rights). Of these voting
rights, 4.99% (56,835,299 voting rights) are to be attributed to The
Capital Group Companies, Inc. pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with § 22 (1) sentence 2 and sentence 3 WpHG. More than 3% of
these attributed voting rights of Commerzbank AG were held by the
EuroPacific Growth Fund on that day.
On 27.11.2014 , Capital Research and Management Company, Los Angeles, USA,
informed us according to § 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have fallen below the 5%
threshold of the voting rights on 25.11.2014 and on that day amounted to
4.99% (this corresponds to 56,835,299 voting rights). Of these voting
rights, 4.99% (56,835,299 voting rights) are to be attributed to the
Capital Research and Management Company pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 1 no.
6 WpHG. More than 3% of these attributed voting rights of Commerzbank AG
were held by the EuroPacific Growth Fund on that day.
On 27.11.2014 , the EuroPacific Growth Fund, Los Angeles, USA informed us
according to § 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Commerzbank
AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the
voting rights on 24.11.2014 and on that day amounted to 4.91% (this
corresponds to 55,963,514 voting rights).
