exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 28 May 2013 and amounted to 6.30%
(71,735,230 voting rights) as per this date. 0.20% (2,275,629 voting
rights) of the aforementioned voting rights were attributed to BNP PARIBAS
S.A., Paris, France, pursuant to article 22 (1) sent. 1, no. 1 WpHG.
b) The percentage of voting rights of BNP PARIBAS S.A., Paris, France, in
Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ISIN: DE000CBK1001, WKN: CBK100
fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% on 31 May 2013 and amounted to 0.32%
(3,656,999 voting rights) as per this date. 0.32% (3,656,999 voting rights)
of the aforementioned voting rights were attributed BNP PARIBAS S.A.,
Paris, France, pursuant to article 22 (1) sent. 1, no. 1 WpHG.
