The reporting changes in these restatements have no impact on consolidated profit or loss, the statement of comprehensive income or earnings per share for the overall Group.

Restatement regarding Compulsory Contributions

To increase transparency Operating Expenses and Compulsory Contributions are reported in separate line items going forward.

Restatement regarding consolidation of investment portfolio in Group Treasury

Until end of 2018 the segment Corporate Clients managed an investment portfolio separate from the Group liquidity and investment portfolios in Group Treasury. In order to increase efficiency, this investment portfolio has been transferred to Group Treasury (part of Others & Consolidation) and incorporated in the existing portfolios managed there. Related revenues, cost and risk-weighted assets as per 2018 have been restated accordingly.

Other changes

Also included in this restatement is the impact of regular business-driven transfers of customers and their results between segments as well as other minor adjustments.

 

The restated figures are preliminary and unaudited. The interim report as of March 31, 2019 is scheduled to be published May 8, 2019.
